أثناء زيارتى لمُجمًع الدراويش المولوية فى القاهرة القديمة، وجدت نُسخة من قصيدة البُردة و لفت إنتباهى هذه العبارة عليها:
"كل نسخة لم تكن مختومة بختم صاحب امتيازها محمد رضا تعد مسروقة و يعاقب حاملها"
و تحت هذه العبارة يوجد أختام للإثبات.
إذن هكذا كانت تُحفظ حقوق الملكية الفكرية فى تلك الأيام، يُختَم على كل نُسخة تُطبَع!

Today there are open-source movements who are against these copyright thing, they have something called copyleft instead.
زمان كان عدع النسخ اللى بتطبع من أى كتاب محدودة جدا,لكن دلوقتى صعب يحصل كدة مع كتاب بينطبع منه 10000 نسخة مثلا ,بس برة بعض الكتب اللى بتنزل منها طبعات محدودة او فاخرة لازم الكاتب يوقع على كل النسخ.
I agree with Tarek that there are such movements ;)
But let's be precise, open-source movement are NOT against copyrights, they offer an alternative to copyrights and locking the media (books, software, etc..) and their alternative is copyleft which in my own view is the freedom of human knowledge.
So copyright is not totally evil and should be respected anyway, it's other people's rights.
So a final note copyleft is not equal to piracy, a healthy world is a world having copyrighted and copylefted material co-existing.
